USER AGREEMENT

1. Purpose of WhatsApp Communication We use WhatsApp exclusively for customer support, transactional notifications, order updates, and—only with explicit consent—marketing and promotional messages.

2. User Consent By initiating contact or opting in through approved Meta methods, the User agrees to receive messages. The User may opt out at any time by sending "STOP".

3. Data Collection and Processing We process only necessary personal data in compliance with Meta policies and applicable laws (including GDPR where relevant). Data is not shared with third parties except for lawful or operational needs.

4. Messaging Rules (Meta/WABA Compliance) We respond within the 24-hour customer service window. Messages outside this window are sent only with approved templates. No spam, misleading content, or prohibited categories.

5. Automation and Chatbots Communication may involve automated systems. Users may request a human agent at any time.

7. Liability Limitations We are not responsible for platform outages, user-side data leaks, or consequences of inaccurate data provided by the User.

8. Security Measures We implement standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

9. Service Termination We may suspend communication in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy/legal violations.

10. Agreement Updates We may update this Agreement to comply with Meta policy or legal changes.
